Version 1.0 · Effective 1 October 2026 · Governing the use of the Sayden website and our sales-automation services.
By using the website or contracting our services you accept these terms. If you contract on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. Specific terms in a signed proposal or contract prevail over these general terms to the extent of any conflict.
Sayden builds and operates a sales-automation layer on WhatsApp Business and connected channels, including conversation and qualification flows, viewing booking, lead registration, dispatch to consultants or brokers, follow-up and revival, and reporting. The service runs only on the official WhatsApp Business API.
The system may not be used to send messages without documented prior consent, import or purchase number lists, send unwanted bulk messages, distribute content contrary to WhatsApp Business policies, conduct financial or gambling activity or illegal content, or use unofficial connectors (QR or web-session emulation). On detecting a violation we may suspend the service immediately to protect your number from being banned, and in a material breach the fees of the running period are not refunded.
Prices are in Egyptian pounds and exclude VAT. The first instalment is 60% of the setup fee before implementation begins. The monthly subscription is invoiced in advance. WhatsApp platform fees (including marketing messages) are not included in any package and are billed at the official platform rate on the invoice date with no markup from us. If the exchange rate moves more than 15% from the contracting rate, either party may request a pricing review with 30 days' notice.
Yours: the WhatsApp number, the WhatsApp Business account, the Meta Business account, and all data, conversation history and customer files, exportable at any time. Ours: the framework, instruction libraries, sector scenario and template banks, and internal measurement and reporting tools; these are assets built before contracting and are not handed over. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to operate the system inside your business only, for the duration of the subscription.
We are responsible for implementation and operations quality, and we do not guarantee sales results, which depend on price, product, your sales team and lead quality. We are not responsible for WhatsApp or Meta decisions (number restriction, template rejection, policy change), but we are committed to helping you appeal and manage quality. Our total liability does not exceed the value of the last three paid months.
The monthly subscription may be terminated with 30 days' notice by either party. On termination we hand over a complete copy of your data, conversation history and documents within 14 business days. We may suspend immediately in the event of a material breach of clause 4.
Each party keeps the other's commercial and technical information confidential, and this obligation survives for two years after the relationship ends.
These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Disputes are first addressed by negotiation, and failing that the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.
We notify material changes 30 days before they take effect. Enquiries: hello@sayden.com · +20 100 000 0000.
