Version 1.0 · Effective 1 October 2026 · Applies to the Sayden website and to the services we provide to our clients.
This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we store and share it, and what rights you have. It applies to our website and to the sales-automation services we operate for clients, and we comply with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its executive regulations.
If you contact us from the website or WhatsApp, we receive your name, contact details (mobile or email), the content of your message and your organisation name. The website does not use advertising tracking cookies.
When operating the automation service we process our client's lead data (name, contact number, conversation, area, budget, appointments), team data (consultants) and dispatch and claim logs. In that case the client is the controller and we are the processor, acting on the client's instructions and the contract.
System logs, message counters, performance reports and error states — used to operate, measure and protect the system.
We process data to perform the contract (operating the system and delivering the service), on the basis of documented consent for outreach, to meet legal obligations, and for the legitimate interest of securing the system and preventing misuse. Data of our clients' customers is never used for any purpose other than following up the lead and delivering the agreed service.
We do not sell data and do not share it for marketing. We share the minimum necessary with the sub-processors required to operate the service:
Conversation and lead data is retained for the period the client defines in the contract, and no longer than legal obligations require. On termination we hand the client a complete copy of their data and conversation history within 14 business days, after which we delete our working copies except what must be retained by law.
You may access, correct, delete or object to certain processing, withdraw consent at any time, and request a portable copy. If you are a lead of one of our clients, the first point of contact is that client as controller, and we assist them in fulfilling the request. Requests: hello@sayden.com — we respond within 7 business days.
We use encrypted transport, access controls, per-client data separation and access logging. No system is absolutely secure; we commit to notifying affected clients and data subjects without undue delay of any breach that may affect them, and to containment measures.
Some sub-processors (such as cloud and AI services) may be located outside Egypt. Where that happens we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards, and we disclose the processors we use on request.
Our website does not use advertising tracking cookies. If we later adopt analytics, we will disclose it here and offer an opt-out.
Any material change to this policy is communicated to clients 30 days before it takes effect. Privacy enquiries: hello@sayden.com · +20 100 000 0000.
