Version 1.0 · Effective 1 October 2026 · Applies to any package or bundle covering more than one channel, ad-comment management, or dispatch to a broker team.
The broker's lead-claim deadline is 10 minutes. If it is not claimed, it escalates automatically to the sales manager; if the manager does not claim it, it is redistributed automatically. Every dispatch is logged (who claimed it and when), and you have the right to review that log.
The time slot is locked as soon as the buyer agrees, and released automatically if it is not confirmed within the agreed period, so appointments are not lost.
The AI agent will not state a price, a commitment or a delivery date that is not in the knowledge base you approve in writing. Any update to prices or units must reach us before it is published to customers.
You are the controller. A broker you share customer data with is a sub-processor and requires a processing agreement with you preventing use of the data for any purpose beyond following up that lead. We never share any customer's data with any broker without that agreement.
The customer is informed that part of the communication is assisted by an automated system, and has the right to ask for a human at any moment — and the handoff must genuinely be available.
Revival is capped at two messages per lead and then stops for that cycle, protecting your number's quality and preventing complaints. Marketing revival messages are not included in the package and are billed at cost.
WhatsApp and Messenger conversations are managed in one inbox with one context, and any additional channel setup is priced in the published add-ons.
We are responsible for operating the system, dispatch and automatic escalation. You are responsible for your team meeting the claim deadline, for the accuracy of approved content, and for notifying us immediately of any broker leaving the team so we stop routing leads to them.
