Version 1.0 · Effective 1 October 2026 · The base rule: no invoice surprises and no sudden service cut-off.
This policy states what your package includes, where the limits are, and what happens if they are exceeded — so you know your final number before paying, and we know the real cost of running the service.
Every package includes a monthly allowance of service and utility messages (viewing confirmation, reminders, follow-up inside the 24-hour window). The allowance does not roll over to the next month and is not exchangeable for cash.
Marketing messages (opening outside the 24-hour window, promotions, bulk campaigns) are not included in any package. They are billed at the official WhatsApp platform rate with no markup from us, as a separate invoice line. The reason: a marketing message in Egypt costs roughly 18 times a utility message.
At 80% of the allowance we notify you. On overage you choose one of three options:
In every case the service is not cut off suddenly, and live conversations continue to be served.
A package is sized for normal use in your operation. If consumption exceeds three times the package average for three consecutive months, we revisit the package by agreement, because the real cost has exceeded the price paid.
It is prohibited to send messages without documented prior consent, import or purchase number lists, send unwanted bulk messages, distribute content contrary to WhatsApp Business policies, conduct financial or gambling activity or illegal content, or use unofficial connectors. We work only on the official WhatsApp Business API; if we detect a violation we may suspend the service immediately to protect your number from being banned.
Providing documented consent from your customers before messaging, the accuracy of data and content, appointing a responsible contact, compliance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151/2020 and its regulations, retaining the consent log for the legally required period, and notifying us immediately of any complaint or opt-out request.
Maintaining the system, monitoring the WhatsApp number's quality and sending limits, periodically tuning the knowledge base, a periodic performance report, a defined support window in the contract, 30 days' advance notice of any material change in pricing or scope, and not changing the agreed scope without your approval.
Yours: the WhatsApp number, the WhatsApp Business account (WABA), the Meta Business account, and all data, conversation history and customer files, exportable at any time.
Ours: the framework, instruction libraries, sector scenario and template banks, and internal measurement and reporting tools — assets built before contracting that are not handed over.
Licence: a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to operate the system inside your business only, for the duration of the subscription.
Handover on termination: within 14 business days of the relationship ending we hand over your specific flows, your data, the operations runbook, and the configuration and approved template records, against a migration fee published in the contract, waived after 12 consecutive months of subscription. You may also take a 30–60 day transitional support period to run the handed-over version.
Outright sale: if you want full ownership, resale rights, or to use the system to serve other companies, that is a different product at a different price (one-off) agreed in writing.
Prices are in Egyptian pounds and subject to VAT. If the exchange rate moves more than 15% from the contracting rate, either party may request a pricing review with 30 days' notice. WhatsApp platform fees are calculated at the official rate on the invoice date.
The monthly subscription requires 30 days' notice. On termination we hand over a complete copy of your data, conversation history and documents within 14 business days. In the event of a material breach of clause 6 we may suspend immediately without refunding the running period.
We are responsible for implementation and operations quality and do not guarantee sales results. We are not liable for WhatsApp or Meta decisions, but we are committed to helping you appeal and manage quality. Our liability does not exceed the value of the last three paid months.
